Demolition of Kailua Heights 230’ Reservoir

The primary scope of this Honolulu Board of Water Supply project was the demolition of an existing 1.0-million-gallon water tank. The Kailua Heights site work also included clearing and grubbing, approximately 1,000 LF of chain link fence removal/replacement/repair, reroofing and waterproofing at booster station, interior repairs to ceilings and walls, cleaning, painting, abatement, site and electrical utilities.
